Free Shipping on all orders over $100

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are processed within 2 - 4 business days, depending on product availability. During peak holiday periods processing times may vary based on demand and are shipped in the order they are received.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, delivery delays may be experienced. When placing an order, please allow for extra lead times for shipping delivery.

Please note: Orders destined for PO Boxes and business addresses may take longer.

We do not ship international orders.


At Rosner Soap, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent customer service, therefore if for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, we will refund or exchange promptly within the guidelines stated below.

- Customers may return any item as long as the item is unopened and unused.

- Returns and exchanges for in-store purchases must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase, with a valid receipt. We cannot return or credit items without a receipt.

- Online purchases have 30 days from the date of purchase to return. Please contact us before attempting to return merchandise. Returned items must be unopened and in unused condition. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Upon receipt and review of the returned merchandise a credit will be made to the original form of payment.
