Shipping & Returns

Most orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. This estimate does not apply during peak shopping periods e.g. Mothers day, Thanksgiving, Christmas where processing times may vary based on demand. Most of our orders are delivered within 3 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: Orders destined for P.O. Boxes might take longer.

We do not ship international orders.

STORE POLICIES & PROCEDURES: Returns & Exchanges

At Rosner Soap, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent customer service, therefore if for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, we will refund or exchange promptly within the guidelines stated below.

- Customers may return any item as long as the item is unopened and unused.

- Returns and exchanges handled within 14 days from the date of purchase, with a valid receipt, will be honored. For gift returns, customers may exchange or receive store credit only with a valid gift receipt.

- This excludes in-store and web purchases shipped within the United States, which have 30 days from the date of purchase to return and exchange.

- Rosner Soap does not accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period.

- Online returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

- In Store returns are credited with exchange only.
